Ingredients:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 packages (32 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
2/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup heavy cream


Instructions:

Grease a 9-inch springform pan and preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

Melted butter and graham cracker crumbs should be combined in a bowl. To make the crust, press the ingredients firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing basin.

Beat in the vanilla essence and sugar after adding them to the cream cheese until thoroughly blended.

One egg at a time, adding and beating thoroughly after each addition.

Add heavy cream and sour cream and mix until smooth and creamy batter is formed.

Over the crust in the springform pan, pour the batter.
