The Statement Of The Prophet (S.A.W) Regarding Faith

And faith is related to both words and deeds and it increases and decreases. As Allah the Exalted said,

Surah al-Fath: 4 So that they may increase in faith with their first faith.

Surah al-Kahf: 13 And He said, "We increased them more in guidance.

Surah Maryam: 76 And He said, "Those who are on the straight path, Allah gives more guidance.

Surah Muhammad : 17 And he said, "Those who are on guidance, Allah gives more guidance and gives them piety.

Surat al-Tawbah: 124 And he said: The faith of those who believe has increased. Indeed, the faith of those who believed increased even more.

Surah al-Imran: 173 And he said: The hypocrites said to the believers that people are gathering in abundance to destroy you, fear them. So hearing this, the faith of the believers increased and this was what came out of their mouths: Hasbana Allah wa Naam al-Wakil.

Surah al-Ahzab: 22 And he said, Nothing else increased for them, but faith and obedience.

And it was mentioned in the hadith that to love in the way of Allah and to be enmity with someone for the sake of Allah is part of faith (narrated by Abu Dawud on Abi Imama) and Caliph Umar bin Abdul Aziz. God bless him and give him tranquility. And there are limits and there are mustahabb and masnoon things which are all part of faith. So whoever fulfills all of them has fulfilled his faith and whoever does not fully consider them and does not fulfill them has not fulfilled his faith. So if I live, I will tell you the detailed information of all these so that you can follow them and if I die, I do not even want to live in your company.
